Open call for Maths, Science or Technology Teachers associations

Brussels, 7 October 2009

Teachers associations are invited to collaborate with the Inspire project during a few months in animating the Inspire forums on Maths, Science and Technology (MST) education.

We are looking for a total of 4 teachers associations from any of the other EU member countries. The associations must include Maths, Science or Technology primary and/or secondary school teachers.

Tasks involved:

Participate with 30+ entries in the Inspire forums on MST education
Animate the Inspire Community of practice
Disseminate the Community of practice
...

Entries must be written in English and by at least 4 different members of the teacher association, spreadout during the contract period.

Contract period: October 25, 2009 - November 30, 2009

Stipend and benefits:

1,000 EUR per association
Possibility to interact with other MST teachers associations of Europe
Diplomas of participation for the association and the active teachers in the forums

Additional notes:

Deadline to apply: October 20.
Teachers associations will be informed if they have been selected within 2 days of applying
