Experiment with an ideal gas.

You may:

  • Analyse 3 processes:
    • isobaric
    • isochoric
    • isothermal
  • Monitor the evolution of V(T), p(T), p(V)
  • Change the initial state's values of:
    • pressure
    • volume
    • temperature
  • See the final state's values


Suggestions:

You may study:

  • Isobaric, isochoric and isothermal processes
  • Run experiments for a number of cases of each process
  • Predict what to expect and explain the outcomes
  • Explain what happens to the internal energy
