Overview:
Convince yourself that the rectangle (ABCD) and the parallelogram (ABEF) have the same area.
You may:
- Shift the whole figure "Left" and "Right"
- Drag each rectangle left and right
- Return to the initial rectangular shape
Suggestions:
Make an argument to convince yourself.
Then try to convince other students, relatives, etc.
Get students to explain it at home.
